Wavecrest Pro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Teardown reports are generated from publicly available competitor information; we make no ownership claims over the underlying source material.
You retain ownership of any strategy or content you create using insights from Wavecrest Pro. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the service.
Wavecrest Pro integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Neon (database hosting). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavecrest Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Wavecrest Pro shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
